We understand the importance of your privacy and have implemented a clear process for the deletion of your personal data should you wish to remove it from our servers. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of your information, including your email, name, nickname, and last login time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal information from our servers, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Settings section within the app.
  • Select the Delete Me button.
  • Confirm your request. Your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours and cannot be recovered.

2. Data Deletion Timeframe

Once you have confirmed the deletion request, we will permanently erase all your data within 24 hours. After this period, your data will be irretrievable.

3. Accidental Deletion

If you accidentally trigger a data deletion request, please contact our support team immediately at support@glowdiary.cc within 24 hours. We may be able to assist you in preventing the deletion if contacted promptly.

4. Additional Information

Please note that once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to back up any information you may need before confirming the deletion request.
